Therefore, we are looking to recruit a Digital Products Specialist (Consumer Digital Products) who is highly motivated to turn ideas into digital products together with our people in our Colorful Future! In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end (zero-to-one) management of digital products, from problem discovery, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) definition, prototyping, testing, and validation, through launch and continuous product evolution, directly contributing to the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Our Digital Products Team is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling digital solutions that generate real value for our consumers and for the business. For this reason, being an organized, collaborative, creative, hands-on professional with strong capabilities to create digital products from scratch using Artificial Intelligence (AI) is essential within our Global structure. Below is what you will do in this role:


  • Manage digital products end-to-end (zero-to-one), from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
  • Lead product discovery processes, including problem definition, hypotheses, MVPs, prototyping, user testing, validating, and launch.
  • Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business goals and consumer needs.
  • Partner closely with Technology, Design, UX, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and other teams to ensure alignment and high-impact deliveries.
  • Prioritize backlog and demands using agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum Ban, ensuring focus on value delivery.
  • Operate in scaled agile environments, interfacing with PMO structures when necessary.
  • Track product metrics, analyzing data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead digital product launches, ensuring quality, scope of adherence, and user experience.
  • Promote a strong product culture focused on experimentation, continuous improvement, and consumer-centricity.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

This role is not about managing backlogs for large delivery teams, writing tickets for others to build, or optimizing incremental features on mature products. This role is about discovery, experimentation, and hands-on validation in ambiguous problem spaces.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Design, Innovation, Digital Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years of experience) in creating and managing early-stage consumer digital products as specialist, owner or digital product manager.
  • Proven experience validating, building and launching digital products by doing (not by coordinating), identifying the critical hypothesis, building the smallest possible MVP personally, launching it with real users, and using evidence to decide what to build next.
  • Strong familiarity/proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) to comfortable working in high ambiguity with minimal structure and fast iteration cycles.
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Languages/Skills: Advanced English or Native Speaker.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Certifications in Digital Product Management, Product Manager, Scrum, Product Owner, Product Owner, UX, or Design Thinking.
  • Proven experience in technology companies, startups, innovation teams or early-stage product environments.
  • Languages/Skills: Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced German.
